Stainless Steel Spacer plate (to allow half capacity brewing) for Avanti Art Deco S/Steel Stovetop Espresso Maker.

These are not used for tamping coffee - coffee should not be packed into stovetop espresso maker funnels, just filled loose and level.

The spacer plate for Avanti S/Steel Art Deco is designed to be placed on top of a half filled coffee funnel and for only half of the water to be put into the bottom chamber, offering half capacity brewing (e.g. the 4 cup can brew 2 cups and the 10 cup can brew 5 cups, etc.).

These may fit other stovetop espresso makers, but they are designed for use in the Art Deco so use in other stovetops at your own risk.
