Please retain proof of purchase when shopping with Coffee Plus.
Our store offers refunds or exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law as set out by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind or for items purchased as a gift, so please ensure you are happy with your selection/s prior to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We will refund or exchange any product with a ‘major fault’.
A major fault is classified as a product that:
- Has a problem that would’ve stopped a consumer from purchasing the product if they had known about the problem
- Is unsafe or has a defect
- Is significantly different from the sample, picture or description
- Doesn’t do what we said it would do, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
If a product has a problem that is not a ‘major fault’ then we will repair the item within a reasonable time or offer a suitable remedy, depending on the nature of the fault.
Warranties:
Some items have manufacturer warranties and are handled directly with the manufacturer. Please refer to any paperwork received with/inside product packaging for warranty claims. Contact us for warranty enquiries or for warranty claims handled by us.

You are required to pay for return delivery costs, if the item is inspected and deemed to have a fault, you will be reimbursed for these charges.
