Due to the unprecedented conditions we are all currently facing, we have instigated a few changes in order to continue providing our much needed coffee and tea products to the community.

IN STORE CHANGES:

We are still open but we have shortened our opening hours each day to the following:

Weekdays: 9am - 5pm

Saturdays: 9am - 3pm  

We encourage people to visit our store alone or with only with other person (for example a support person) if possible.

We have marked out 1.5m distances for customers lining up to ensure safe distance.  We encourage people to wait out the front if the store has several customers inside already and we will insist upon it if the total customer count in store reaches 6 people.

We have also scrapped the 30c charge for EFTPOS transactions under $7 as we know many people are trying to avoid using cash at the present time.

In Store Pickup is also available, while we are still open, and we are happy to deliver to the foyer just out the front of the shop for those who wish to minimise contact.

DELIVERY:

In order to support those of us who are working from home, in isolation or trying to distance themselves as much as possible, we are now offering a free delivery service to local areas.

Free Delivery is available to the following postcodes:
7000, 7002, 7004, 7005, 7006, 7007, 7008, 7009, 7015, 7016, 7018, 7019, 7020, 7021, 7024

Orders to other Australian postcodes are sent daily through Australia Post and will incur standard postage and handling fees.

When: Deliveries scheduled for Monday and Friday afternoons, orders placed before midday on delivery days will be added to that day's delivery run, otherwise it will be held until the next run. Please specify if you have a preference on the shipping page under ‘delivery instructions’.

Orders will not be left in mailboxes, at doors or in secure locations unless specifically authorised by you and undelivered packages will be returned to store for other arrangements to be made.
