Changes due to COVID 19
Due to the unprecedented conditions we are all currently facing, we have instigated a few changes in order to continue providing our much needed coffee and tea products to the community.
IN STORE CHANGES:
We are still open but we have shortened our opening hours each day to the following:
Weekdays: 9am - 4:30pm
Saturdays: 9am - 2pm
We encourage people to visit our store alone or with only with other person (for example a support person) if possible.
We have marked out 1.5m distances for customers lining up to ensure safe distance. We encourage people to wait out the front if the store has several customers inside already and we will insist upon it if the total customer count in store reaches 6 people.
We have also scrapped the 30c charge for EFTPOS transactions under $7 as we know many people are trying to avoid using cash at the present time.
In Store Pickup is also available, while we are still open, and we are happy to deliver to the foyer just out the front of the shop for those who wish to minimise contact.
In order to support those of us who are working from home, in isolation or trying to distance themselves as much as possible, we are now offering a delivery service.
Price: Until further notice, we are offering a Free Delivery option for Hobart, Eastern Shore and designated surrounding suburbs and a $4 delivery charge for outer suburbs (as listed below).
When: Deliveries are scheduled for Monday and Friday afternoons (anywhere between approximately 3pm and 5:30pm).
Free Delivery areas:
Hobart: CBD, North Hobart, South Hobart, West Hobart, Battery Point and Sandy Bay.
Eastern Shore: Lindisfarne, Rose Bay, Montagu Bay, Rosny, Mornington, Bellerive, Howrah, Tranmere, Glebe Hill, Rokeby, Clarendon Vale, Oakdowns and Lauderdale.
$4 Delivery Charge areas:
Outer suburbs: Kingston, Blackmans Bay, Newtown, Moonah, Glenorchy, Geilston Bay, Risdon Vale, Midway Point, Sorell and Sandford. Delivery area enquiries welcome.
Please specify if there are any special delivery instructions in the notes section, please also provide a phone number (also in the notes section) in case we are not able to find you or there is no answer at the door - packages will not be left in mailboxes or at doors unless specifically authorised by you.
Undelivered packages will be returned to store until next delivery run or other arrangements are made.
